- Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with developers, real estate agents, and vendors.
- Commercial Savvy: Negotiate complex lease and purchase agreements while managing budgets and financial outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse market trends, urban planning data, and strategic site opportunities.
