Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including printing, typing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Take and distribute minutes from key meetings.
- Screen and manage telephone calls, ensuring prompt message delivery.
- Research potential property acquisitions, including RP Data and title searches.
- Assist with feasibility reports and acquisition proposals.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral for development projects.
- Manage document flow, transaction checklists, and confidential correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate diaries and meetings for Senior Managers.
- Assist with general office management and reception duties as required.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct property and economic research to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain databases of site sales and housing market trends.
- Analyse mixed-use market assessments by location and type.
- Stay updated on planning regulations and property trends.
- Coordinate all marketing efforts for projects, including brochures, EDMs, social media, and advertising.
- Liaise with agents and consultants to develop marketing budgets and strategies.
- Organise and oversee marketing campaigns, reporting on effectiveness.
- Arrange photography, advertisements, signage, and project launch events.
- Manage and maintain the company’s database of agents and project listings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ideally having a degree in property economics or similar.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Proficiency in office technology.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A current driver’s license.
