This established group is financially stable and possesses a clear strategy for growing its mixed-use residential apartment division.
The Role:
This role will appeal to an experienced Development Manager seeking progression or a Senior Development Manager looking to work on high-end mixed-use apartments that encapsulate innovation, design excellence, and desirable amenities.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the development process, including financial management, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle.
In addition, you will manage all key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals, and ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes of time, cost, and quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in both front-end and back-end delivery of multi-storey residential apartment projects;
- Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to build networks with LGAs, Councils, and the wider building industry;
- Ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously;
- Professional and highly driven individual with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment;
- High-performing property development team consisting of respected, genuine, and committed property professionals;
- Collaborative and supportive development team with a prestigious project to deliver;
